Marta was born in Kyiv. Music came early — songs at home, first performances, a city full of melodies. Kyiv is where the voice began, and where it still returns in every song about home.
02—GERMANY
Then came a new country, a new language, a new school — and music as the one thing that needed no translation. In Germany Marta kept singing: for classmates, at community events, wherever there was someone to listen.

Eventually, Ottawa. A third country, a second language of performance — and finally, real stages: festivals, cultural events, community concerts. Canada is where singing turned into performing.
